Mini-Summits 2002

Stressed or Distressed mini-summit was held at the Boys and Girls Club of Pitt County. Registration for the summit began at 9:00 with a welcome from Betsy Warren. All attendees then participated in an icebreaker, the human knot, used as an activity to get to know each other. This was followed by three 40 minute sessions on: Stress Management Techniques, Depressions/Suicide and Anger Management/Bullying/Peer Relationships.
